  • Riders with commission debt may have deductions or payout delays until balances are cleared.

5. Task Cancellations

  • Only accept tasks you can complete.
  • If you need to cancel, notify Admin immediately.

    3. Secure the parcel if possible - another Dropper will be sent to complete the task.
  • Dropaddi will not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from accidents or misconduct beyond its control.
  • However, Dropaddi may, at its discretion, offer emergency or goodwill support when possible.
  • Failure to report incidents or attempts to conceal accidents may lead to suspension or removal from the platform.
  • No delivery is worth a life.

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid motorcycle papers, ID, license, and other regulatory documents.
  • Dropaddi will not be responsible for fines, detentions, or penalties caused by missing or expired papers.
  • If stopped or delayed by police or security agents, inform the Admin immediately.

4. Payments and Earnings

  • You receive payments for each completed task handled by your riders.

  • In cases when a package is picked up, notify Admin immediately before considering cancelling.

6. Safety, Accidents & Emergencies

  • DropBosses are fully responsible for their riders' safety and behavior.
  • All riders under you must wear helmets, use reflective jackets, and ride responsibly.

    2. Notify Dropaddi immediately.
    3. Secure or retrieve the client's parcel (if possible).
  • Dropaddi may help coordinate parcel retrieval or reassignment but shall not be held liable for rider injuries or damages.
  • Repeated negligence or unsafe practices by riders can lead to the DropBoss account being suspended.

7. Law Enforcement, Compliance & Documentation

  • Riders must always carry valid papers, ID, and licenses.
  • Dropaddi will not be liable for arrests, fines, or detentions caused by expired or missing documents.
  • If a rider under your management is stopped or detained by police or road agents, notify Admin immediately.
  • Dropaddi will help recover the parcel where possible but will not pay fines or intervene in documentation issues.
  • DropBosses must re-verify their riders' documents monthly to avoid suspension.

8. Prohibited Deliveries & Legal Compliance

  • Dropaddi does not permit the transport of drugs, weapons, counterfeit items, or any illegal goods.
  • You and your riders must confirm that each parcel is safe and legal before pickup.
  • If a client uses Dropaddi to send illegal items without your or the rider's knowledge:
    - Dropaddi will provide client details and delivery records to the authorities to clear your rider.
    - The client will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.
  • Dropaddi will not be liable for legal issues arising from illegal parcels unless the company or its admins were directly involved.
